The item arrived in the estimated delivery time. The problem is that the screw you have to tighten with an Allen key, to put in horizontal or vertical, I was blocked and trying to make strength to loosen it, the key damaged the screw by deforming the whole inside and cannot be used. It's a shame because the article looks like good material and is easy to install. I expect a refund or they send me one that's fine. |
