I ordered this stand for iPhone. Instead I received a phone case for redmi note 8T. I opened dispute. Send all the pictures. They said this is not enough. So unclear in the communication what they wanted as evidence. Then they declined refund. The seller tells me wait please wait with dispute. But also so unclear of what they want from me as evidence. Eventually I understood that I had to rip off the sticker. But impossible because of glue. Now I do not get refund and no product so I am screwed |
