Excellent housing, took for Plextor m8pe, temperature in simple ~ 45C, this is a very good indicator for this disc, good heat removal. Made qualitatively, I recommend to buy, especially for hot SSD. At first I bought an aluminum case from Oriko, but in it the disc in a simple heated up to 60C, I did not consider that my SSD is very heated by itself. I had to order this case, now everything is fine, so do not mistake the choice :) |

Products looks solid and sure looks like it provides good cooling, the whole case is metal with an inner metal encasing and thermal paste as well.It gets speeds of 650 MB/s write and read in my mac mini 2020 (M1) using a 970 EVO SSD using thunderbolt port. On a USB3 hub it gets a 400 MB/a speed. |
