The item itself is okay. It was however missing from the first package received by the seller with the rest of the order. It was not until I opened a dispute that I got information it was supposed to be in another package with a tracking number that was not added to the order. The tracking number provided for this item did not exist, and the messages made no sense. (It refers to the office building being closed when attempting to deliver, while I live in a residential building without offices, where to delivery attempt was made and so on). I finally received the item but I would have appreciated to receive information of the two packages from start as well as the actual tracking number. It seemed like this package was re-labeled in the Netherlands, where it was given a new number. Most other sellers would then provide the relabeled number (ending with NL). |
