I did not receive my order but they insist they delivered the parcel and asked me to provide the evidence to proof I did not receive the order. Ridiculous. As seller or the delivery can not provide any evidence to successfully delivery the parcel and in this situation how can I to get a document to proof I did not receive the parcel.
